Cashbutler has deployed a dedicated support platform that enables individual ticket submission, as well as a full knowledge base environment for common questions and customer self-service options. Access to this platform and usage information will be given during onboarding.
Which trading software do you support?
Cashbutler supports all standard MT4 variants, as offered by the leading broker platforms. The variants of Roboforex, FP/VTmarkets and PuPrime are pre-installed on your server for the ROOKIE and MASTER subscriptions. Other trading software will come as a custom installation for our VIP subscriptions KING GOLD etc.
Which servers do you support?
Cashbutler sources servers from leading suppliers on behalf of our clients, to ensure best suitability and reliability for day-to-day trading operations. The specific supplier details will be specified as part of the onboarding process.
What about security?
Cashbutler helps our clients to achieve a seamless trading experience by connecting the various elements of the broker, the trading software and the IT server required, on behalf of our clients. The elements themselves remain in the sole authority of the client and Cashbutler has under NO circumstances access to the client account. This means that Cashbuter has under NO circumstances access to any passwords, nor access to any funds.
I am ready to order - what happens next?
Great choice! The first thing you will receive after ordering, is your order confirmation. This order confirmation will contain information about the following steps. In particular, Cashbutler will send you an e-mail with a calendar invite for a personal 1:1 onboarding session with your client representative (please allow a few days for this invite to arrive). Note: the onboarding session will be a live session conducted via GoogleMeet, and you will be required to join from a Windows PC, or an Apple MacBook where you are authorized as an administrator with the permission to install apps.
